LEASE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITONS:

THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE UNIT. NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INDOORS!

  1. MINORS: tenant affirms that he/she is an adult and minors will not occupy the property unless an adult is present.
  2. OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of person, including children is limited to 6.
  3. PETS: No pets are allowed on or in the leased premises.
  4. CARE OF PROPERTY: Tenant agrees to return premises to owner upon expiration of this lease in clean and good condition and will repair, replace or pay for any breakage or damage to the property, furnishings and equipment. Tenant is only responsible for breakage or damage done by Tenant and/or guests.
  5. VISITATION PERMISSION: The owner or agent shall have access to premises during daylight hours to make repairs or show for sale or rent.
  6. REPAIRS: Appliances, air conditioning, and amenities are not guaranteed and refunds will not be given due to Breakdown. The owner will make repairs as soon as possible.
  7. AMENITIES: Tenant shall furnish blankets, linens, and bath and kitchen towels. Property amenities include:

  8. SUBLETTING: The tenant shall not sublet the premises without written consent of the owner.
  9. CANCELLLATION: If for any reason tenant is unable to occupy the condo during the time set forth, notify us and we will make every effort to rent to someone else for the same price. We will return your deposit, less any cost involved in re-renting. If we are able to rent, but only at reduced rate, then we will deduct the difference between the reduced rate and rental price set fourth above and will return the balance.
  10. SUCURITY DEPOSIT: There is a $100.00 security deposit included in your total payments. This is returned if the condo is left clean and undamaged.
  11. ACCEPTANCE: this lease must be signed and returned with deposit within 10 days of the above date. Reservations cannot be guaranteed until deposit is received and lease is fully executed.

    THE LEASE ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABITITY FOR ANY INJURY INCURRED WHILE ON LEASEED PROMISES AND THE COMMON AREAS.

    It is the tenant's responsibility to clean the condo. $50.00 will be deducted form the security deposit if the owner has to pay a cleaning service to clean the condo.

    Check in Time is 2:00pm and Check out is 10:00am
